Reason Transport offer a kerbside delivery service.

Kerbside delivery is the standard delivery option for large, heavy or bulky items that are being delivered to a residential address.

This means that we can only deliver to the nearest kerbside at the address specified.

Our drivers will come equipped with a pump truck and will be able to offload your pallet using a taillift providing it is not oversized.

Please be aware that pump trucks only work on solid flat ground, and cannot be used on inclines, declines, soft or uneven surfaces (eg. grass or gravel driveways).

Upon arrival our driver will use their discretion to check whether the delivery can be made safely. This is for the benefit of them and you.

The driver is not responsible for unpacking your delivery and carrying the goods inside of your property. This includes front or back gardens.

If you were not expecting a kerbside delivery, please contact your supplier.

In order to ensure that your pallet is delivered safely, we have prepared a checklist of what to expect

• Ensure we have adequate access to park our vehicle close to your address
• The delivery will be kerbside at the drivers discretion
• Ensure that somebody will be in to check and sign for your delivery
• You are responsible for disposing of the pallet and packaging
